The good old days of the RIM industry are long gone. Having just returned from the PRISM Annual Conference in Tucson it was great to see so many O'Neil clients at the conference.
Equally important was attending a keynote speech by Tom Adams who has been active in the RIM industry for many years and is a well-known coach/mentor to many record center owners and managers. Tom has been heroically battling cancer and continues to move forward with his life in an amazingly productive and optimistic way. Also accompanying Tom at the conference was his lovely wife Becky, a rock in Tom's life and partner in the cancer battle. His strength and courage have been an inspiration.
