Live Online Tutorials

O'Neil hears time and again from our valued customers that our Tech Support is personal, fast and effective. Now we're making it even easier, more convenient and cost-effective to master O'Neil's technology.

O'Neil's Live Online Tutorials provide a unique training experience. One of our On-Site Training Specialists can now reach your facility, via the Internet, to give you training on focused areas of our RS-SQL^® software. You can attend from the convenience of your home or office. All Live Online Tutorials feature live instructor interaction without requiring any travel, hotel accommodations, or a disruption in your work schedule. And this service is completely scalable and currently being offered in two forms: 

• Online Webcasts: Record center employees can purchase and attend these time-efficient, economical, 30-minute Internet broadcasts, so that they can learn more about O'Neil's software products. These Webcasts are for large or small groups, delivered through a standard Internet browser. All you need is a computer and Internet access to see, hear and interact with our Training Specialist. The Webcast is shared with multiple customers in attendance and each session is limited to the first 10 respondents. A respondent can attend the Webcast through an Internet connection, although the number of people watching through a single connection is not restricted. Audio will come through your computer, so you will need to have a set of speakers available. If you or your staff cannot hear via the Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line, a phone-in number can be provided upon request.

• Online Live Webinars: requested tutorials can be provided solely to the employees of the registered record center. A Webinar is a specific type of web conference. The 1-on-1 Webinars can be scheduled on-demand generally as a (1) 2-hour session, or (2) 1-hour sessions, whichever works best for you and your staff. Presently there are two available: RS-SQL New Features 4.03 and Introduction to RSMobile^®. 

Each Webinar will last two hours and comprises the following: 

• Presentation of the feature direct to your desktop 

• Software Trainer-led examples of the use of the feature 

• Q&A (Questions & Answers with the attending O'Neil Software Trainer)
