Administration

RSWeb.NET allows you to have your record center's branded looks. You can make changes to the RSWeb.NET logo, set the style for the page header and footer and change the side navigation bar background. RSWeb.NET provides a cascading style sheet template for your use. You can simply customize the style in one file after RSWeb.NET is installed.	Customers of your record center can manage their Web users themselves through RSWeb.NET, enabling greater control and security. Activities include adding/modifying or deactivating users; deleting users with no activity; changing function or account access; modifying available reports. This lightens your workload while providing your customers with greater autonomy.	RSWeb.NET allows you to create custom data-entry forms for your web users. You can decide which field you want to appear; the layout of the input fields; the color of your forms and more. Once the forms have been created, you can determine which users you want to have access to certain forms and whether the form should appear as the default form for that user.

The Getting Started menu option offers a quick and easy intro to RSWeb.NET for the first time user. It also provides an overview of the Inventory options, as well as links to some of the most commonly used features. From here you can check all your records; perform simple or advanced queries; add and edit information related to your records; perfrom global edits; save and print inventory lists and much more.	The beauty of RSWeb.NET and its connection with your record center's RS-SQL program is that you can access your stored items and actually update the information associated with them. You can also add new items. This makes data entry easier, eliminates duplicating labor and ensures accuracy.	An image of a document can be scanned and stored in the database for viewing in RSWeb.NET. The user can also be given the option to download or print the image.

Order Services


Order Express	Cart	Order Status
The Order Express menu option provides different ways for your customers to order an item. It can be used to quickly order an item if you do not know its barcode, search for items, or request un-registered items. All can be quickly placed onto workorders with minimum amount of steps.	The Cart works similar to the one that you may have used on many shopping websites. You can load items into the cart and then when you are ready to place an order, select the items you want included and create an order. Items remain in your cart until you remove them, or until they are placed on an order. The cart can contain requests for deliveries, pickups, materials, reports, or services.	Once you have placed an order through RSWeb.NET, you can track its status as it is fulfilled by the record center.
