Image Purge

In previous versions of RS-SQL, you had the ability to delete an image, which also deleted all activity related to the image. You now have the ability to remove images from an image record, while keeping the image record itself. Purging an image removes association to the image file from the RS-SQL image record and deletes the image file, if possible.
