Using the standard Microsoft^® Windows user interface, information is displayed in a tabular view, known as a grid, used in virtually all areas of RS-SQL and creating a window where you can view and change data easily. Grids are fully customizable with a set of data, sorted and displayed in whatever order is needed, searched from, added to, deleted from, printed and even exported out of RS-SQL. Edits and deletes can be performed on individual items, or globally on groups of selected items. Pull-down menus are listed across the top of grids, buttons are located at the bottom and dialog boxes appear as needed. Grids can be configured for individual users to show the fields and order in which they are wanted, as well as hide menu items and buttons on a per user basis.

As you fulfill services requested by your customer, RS-SQL automatically captures each service that is performed and it appears on your invoice. Pricing can be standardized or customized for customers, departments or even cost centers within the same account; flat rates or quantity price breaks can be established; and you can bill storage by the item or cubic foot.

Multiple formats (from basic one-page invoices to detailed multi-page listings) are available from a service or work order level, showing complete detail. At the end of the month, simply run your invoices and RS-SQL does the rest. Once invoices are complete, export your invoice data into simple accounting software packages, such as Peachtree® or Quickbooks^®, or use our Extended Financial Export feature to export your invoice detail into high-end accounting systems.
