Query logic and Table Technology
The combination of query logic and table technology puts your information at your fingertips. Simply write a query and
RS-SQL will pull up all of your information in table format (just like a spreadsheet). You can then sort, format, print,
export or even e-mail your table. In minutes, you can answer any of your customers' questions or requests about their information;
search and locate any information contained in RS-SQL; and provide this data to your customers the way they want to see it.
Point-to-Point Tracking
RS-SQL and O'Neil's portable computing gives you comprehensive point-to-point tracking of a container, or any other item in your
record center, to and from the shelf, to the van, to your customer's site and back again. Every step of the way, you will know the
date and time each action occurred and even have the ability to determine who completed the work. This feature alone gives YOU and
your customer complete control of your information and YOU the competitive advantage.
Workorders
The RS-SQL workorder is the central billing device within the system. Any time an item is placed on a workorder, it is automatically
billed to the specified account. RS-SQL then bills the customer according to the rates you have established: either one rate for all
your customers or individual rates for each account, item by item. Whenever you run your invoices (you dictate the intervals), RS-SQL
automatically does the math.
Invoices
O'Neil provides the most flexible invoicing in the industry. Multiple formats are available, from a service or workorder level, showing
complete detail. Both rates and formats can be different for each department or even cost center within the same account. Rates can also
be established as flat rates or quantity breaks. Bill storage by the cubic foot or by the item. Customize each invoice to the needs of your
customer. Run your invoices and RS-SQL does the rest. Once invoices are complete, use RS-SQL's Extended Financial Export and export the invoice
detail to your accounting system to complete the process.
Reports
The flexibility of query logic, accompanied by O'Neil's standard reports, provides a full range of reporting capabilities such as: Inventory Management,
Warehouse Utilization, Destruction, Retention Scheduling and Invoicing.
