2009 Q1 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Releases - Update

This last quarter was time for us to undertake a customer satisfaction survey with the help of Microsoft and TNS Prognostics. The goal of the survey is to ensure that we understand where we are doing well working with our customers and where we can do better. The graphical results, which have been presented to us in a different form to previous years, are shown below:

Motorola/O'Neil Customer Loyalty Promotion - Update

Last month I announced the Motorola and O’Neil Software Customer Loyalty Program, which has been in the negotiation stage for quite some time. The program is our way of continuing to move beyond a simple customer/supplier relationship by negotiating directly with Motorola on your behalf.

In just a short time, we have been able to give back over $20,000 in awards points, which can be used for instant rebates, accessories or warranties.

In the current economic climate it is increasingly important that you are able to utilize cutting-edge software, such as our RSMobile solution, to maximize your cost savings, but this comes at a price as you need RSMobile capable devices. Using our status as Motorola's leading Business Solution Partner in the commercial record management market, we have been able to create a significant loyalty scheme with Motorola for the Americas & Asia regions. We are continuing negotiations in Europe and should have an update in the next couple of weeks.

So how does this work?

Quiz
Us
Here’s a question asked of our technical specialists by an O'Neil Strategic Partner during the last month. Why not test your knowledge by seeing if you know the answer?

Question:  We have about 2,000,000 files in 150,000 boxes from about 150 accounts. We barcode the files in every box. Some boxes slip through the net and end up on the shelves without the files being barcoded (and so not added on to the database). I'm looking for a query that can tell me which boxes have no files. Using the zQuery in the Container grid, I can do a query for these boxes without files - but only one account at a a time. Is there a query that can be run that will run across all the boxes on the Database?
