2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey Underway

Periodically, we undertake a customer satisfaction survey with the help of Microsoft and TNS Prognostics.   We do this because it is important for us to understand our relationship with our customers and discover areas where we can improve. Since the last survey (January 2008), we have made a lot of changes in our communications with customers, with the introduction of a Blog and online user forum.

If you are one of the 500 people invited to take part, please complete your survey as soon as possible.  I hope to publish the results in our April newsletter.  If you would like to take part, please email me at Newsletter@oneilsoft.com.

The Technology Treadmill

I was asked a question recently about the support of old products by O’Neil Software and how we handle transitions. Both of these companies are very progressive at moving their product lines forward, providing constant change due to the improvements. Of course, the downside is that everything now has a life expectancy that is a lot less than it was many years ago.
