Summary: As O’Neil continues to build on the last 12 month’s development effort, Ian will take you on a “Trip Down Memory Lane” covering the many milestones that O’Neil has achieved over the years and since its founding in 1981. His presentation will also include ideas on where he sees the future of O’Neil’s three products going. Finally, he will try to explain some of the new technology that is out there/around the corner, as well as what the future holds for the company, its valued customers and the records storage/management industry as a whole.

Biography: Ian Thomas joined O’Neil’s international team in 1997 initially as a consultant, providing software training and installation assistance across Europe and Asia. During his time at O’Neil Software Ltd., he personally installed and trained users in the use of RSWin/RS-SQL at over 100 sites worldwide. In 1998, he took over responsibility for all international operations and expanded O’Neil Software’s office network with a presence in Australia and India. In 2000, he was transferred to the Corporate Office here in Irvine, California and promoted to the Vice President of Business Development, with responsibility for worldwide sales, administration and all international operations. He was recently promoted again to Executive Vice President.
