Summary: You have probably heard something about the O’Neil Connector-Cloud/RMBridge and are interested in learning more about it. How does it work? What is involved? Is it secure? Does this replace FTP file transfers or RSWeb.NET? Does it cost anything?

The purpose of this presentation is to demonstrate the capability and the workflow for connecting file rooms to record centers via RMBridge. During this session, Gary along with Mike Jacobs of O’Neil Software and James Hill of The Hill Company will explain the configuration and set-up process required for a file room, as well as the record center’s role in making this happen. They will then discuss the benefits, advantages and gains in efficiency by tracking files and containers in real-time via a managed and structured workflow available both from the file room and RMBridge.

Biography: Mike has over 30 years of executive experience in Operations and Sales with Citizen, Printronix and Datamax-O’Neil. He was Vice-President of Sales for the Americas at Printronix and Vice-President of Operations at Datamax-O’Neil. He currently is Project Director at O’Neil Software Inc. the leading enterprise software solution in the records management industry. He has been a guest speaker at UCI’s Graduate School of Business and has founded two companies during his career.
