Topic Title: O’Neil Connector & RMBridge Revealed

Summary: You have probably heard something about the O’Neil Connector-Cloud/RMBridge and are interested in learning more about it. How does it work? What is involved? Is it secure? Does this replace FTP file transfers or RSWeb.NET? Does it cost anything?

The purpose of this presentation is to demonstrate the capability and the workflow for connecting file rooms to record centers via RMBridge. During this session, Gary along with Mike Jacobs of O’Neil Software and James Hill of The Hill Company will explain the configuration and set-up process required for a file room, as well as the record center’s role in making this happen. They will then discuss the benefits, advantages and gains in efficiency by tracking files and containers in real-time via a managed and structured workflow available both from the file room and RMBridge.

Biography: Gary Sanders is the owner and CEO of Intandem Solutions Limited, based in London, England. Gary started the business in 2003 and has been primarily focused on records management and the intricate workflows that accompany it ever since. Having clients within many different sectors in the UK and Europe, he progressed from supplying purely records management software to providing consultancy to manage the complete life cycle of the records and archiving process within a business, as well as logistical projects with office moves and the restructuring of filing. In 2006, Intandem made the decision to create a product suite of applications that maximize the capability of individual disciplines across an organization within the records management and facilities management service lines. This has led to established working partnerships and alliances with major logistic and facilities management companies, allowing clients to fulfill a complete working solution very quickly.
