Topic Title: Selling Records and Information Management in a Time of Great Change (Panel Discussion with Cary McGovern of Fileman)

Summary: Records and Information Management (RIM) Services have changed to such a degree that many of us who entered the industry 30 years ago can hardly recognize it.

Today's RIM Services companies need to partner with their clients, to build comprehensive records management programs. Using the five predominate product lines, we can serve our customers better, faster and more cost-effectively than ever.

Today's five product lines include:

1. Records Storage of Boxes and Files (the annuity partner)

2. Imaging and Document Repository Services (including project imaging, on-going imaging and scan on demand)

3. Document Destruction and Certification Services (including leasing shred bins, shed bin tips, secure destruction and confidential certification)

4. Data Media, e-Vaulting and Cloud Storage Services

5. RIM Consultation
