Biography: Richard owned his first business when he was just 16 years old and has continued to own and operate a variety of businesses throughout the decades within the building, manufacturing and records management industry (RMI). He entered the RMI as a sales representative for Document Management Solutions (DMS) in Australia, when the company had little more than 5,000 boxes in 2007. Since then, Richard has become a 50% shareholder and is currently the Managing Director of DMS. In an extremely small but competitive market in Australia. Richard has managed to expand the company to the point that it now has facilities in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with plans to go completely national in the future.
