Biography: Gail Bisbee, nurse turned business entrepreneur, is the owner and President/CEO of Confidential Records Management, Inc. (CRMI). Since first starting her company in 1995, she has expanded her business to three state-of-the-art locations serving clients throughout North Carolina and the Eastern United States. CRMI services client needs ranging from records management, shredding, document imaging, data management and consulting.

Additionally, Gail and her team have developed a successful Document Imaging School. The intensive three day course provides opportunities for participants to learn how to successfully implement and manage their own document imaging departments.

Bisbee is an active member in Professional Record and Information Systems Management International Association (PRISM). Through PRISM, Bisbee is often a national guest speaker in the areas of document imaging and healthcare and regulatory compliance such as HIPAA, FACTA, Red Flag and other components of confidentiality.
