Access Information Management Announces the Acquisition of Certified Records Management of Oregon

This latest business integration strengthens Access' continued growth in the Pacific Northwest

Pleasanton, CA – June 23, 2011 – Access Information Management, leading provider of records management storage and destruction services for hardcopy and electronic records, announces the acquisition of the assets of Certified Records Management’s Portland, Oregon operation. The acquisition further increases Access' records and information management (RIM) client base and scale of operations in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.

The merged operation will present clients with RIM program enhancements, alongside consistent, heroic service-delivery.  Daily service will take place from Access' state-of-the-art records center in Portland, Oregon under the continued guidance of Matt Dreese, General Manager and Jeremy Fish, Operations Supervisor; both former team leaders with Certified. Under the Access name, former Certified clients can now access full-service RIM support, including hardcopy storage and management, secure destruction services, vital records protection and document imaging and digital storage.
