1. What browsers are required?
This site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, or other compatible browsers that support JavaScript and Macromedia Flash. You may experience some misalignment of the menus with FireFox or other non-supported browsers but they should all work correctly.

You may also experience difficulties when viewing this site from an Apple Macintosh.

2. How do I determine which browser I am using?
From your browser, go to the Help menu and choose "About...." A screen will appear showing which browser and version you are using.

3. How do I upgrade to another browser?
For Internet Explorer, go to Microsoft Internet Explorer Download. Instructions provided there will help you with download and installation.

For FireFox, go to FireFox Download. Instructions provided there will help you with download and installation.

4. Some of the site's functionality doesn't work? What are some possible causes?
Using older browsers, non-compatible browsers or disabling browser features, such as JavaScript, may reduce site functionality.
