Name: Justin Ward Job Title: Support Specialist Job Description: I provide technical phone and email support for our customers within the Australasian region. There’s a vast range of different support questions we get due to the diversity of features our software has to offer, so everyday it’s a new exciting challenge. Favorite part of working for O’Neil: Definitely the working environment and the people I network with on a daily basis. I love how everyone here at O’Neil work together as a team rather than a bunch of individuals across all regions, and I think our success rate with our clients speaks for itself. Also the feeling of accomplishment felt after guiding a client through a successful upgrade of the software. Obviously our customer’s business relies on the upgrade being a success, so knowing you did your part to contribute towards that is a big positive. Favorite Feature in the software: With the recent launch of the Connector-Cloud™ it’s definitely rewarding to see that we are embracing new technologies and keeping with the times, in order to maintain our status as the first choice of record centers worldwide! Years with O’Neil: Just over 5 years. What do you like to do when not at work? I spend time with my family and I play basketball to keep fit. I’m the starting point guard for my city and I also play in two other local Division 1 competitions. |
