Job Description: I am currently responsible for supporting our sales offices in Florida, Dallas, California, and Australia with order processing and quality control. I also maintain and design the O’Neil website, along with creating and supplying graphics for our marketing department.

Favorite part of working for O’Neil: My favorite part of working for O’Neil are the people I spend my time with while I’m here. I love interacting daily with a team of people who are passionate about what they do and who take pride in their work. I love that we stay progressive technology-wise in an industry that I didn’t know existed before I came to O’Neil. Working for O’Neil is like working with family, they’re always there to support you and believe in you, and that is very hard to come by.

Favorite Feature in the software: I love the RSWEB.Net® customization. It’s an awesome feature for our customers to create this seamless integration between their website and RSWEB.Net. Branding is important for every business and this gives our customers an edge over their competitors.

What do you like to do when not at work? During my off time, I enjoy reading fantasy and science fiction novels, spending time with my girlfriend, and playing with my two pet Chihuahuas, Zoe and Roxi.
